Is the free plan actually free, or does it expire?
Completely free with no time limit. Every AI tool, the 8-step checklist, the document tracker and all core guidance are free forever. No credit card required. The paid plans only add personal support, document review and templates.
Why are some features marked "Coming Soon"?
The AI document review and 1-on-1 consultation are in development. We only show features once they are live and working. You will not be charged for features you cannot yet use.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period, and you're never charged a cancellation fee.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email us at [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Is this a visa agency?
No. GrandRoyal Visa is a self-service guidance tool. We do not book embassy appointments, submit applications, or represent you before any government authority. The guidance here supplements — it does not replace — your responsibility to verify requirements with the German embassy directly.
Are there student discounts or group pricing?
